Having a helidrop operator is really nice, and Lessing is really good in this niche.
By the way, since I'm aiming for a lower ops count, I have to use a CN account so I can use Fuze; he is, for now, the best lane holder; he can hit drones even though he is a centurion; honestly, he is too good for the welfare team. His skill one is nuts!

To me the best thing about arknights is that the welfare operators are comparable to the gacha characters even if a good deal weaker no event feels like I didn’t have something to gain. Still want welfare fortress defender though that’d be hype for me personally

Lessing really plays exactly the same way as Skadi S2. Honestly the 6* operators type that i really like. Not OP, but can dispatch a dangerous elite good.

Lessing is actually fun to use, reminds me of my old Skadi s2 days. But his lack of redeployment reduction is really hurting, especially for his s2...
That is probably the main reason why most people just ditch him entirely without considering much. Skadi was in the same situation as him for a solid 2 years before her moldule with AH team, but at least she has redeploy, he doesn't. Unless he has a moldule that boost his damage by at least 2x, he will be Skadi 2.0 for now.
I think the reason why we haven't got any new Liberators for a long time is because look at the only 2 existing members

I legit thought Lessing was a welfare 5 stars for a solid 6 months before the event drop because I have never bothered trying to look at his skill due to his skills sound really generic.
