1:10000 dilution i/v for cardiac arrest patients and 1:1000 dilution i/m for anaphylaxsis and 1:100 dilution inhaltional route for asthma

one pregnant patient was given 1 ml adrenaline iv stat for severe itching,there immediate fainting attack,it lasted fr 2 hrs atleast,fluid was given,oxygenation was reqd.please can u tell me is it necessary to do skin test for adrenaline? Or it happend bcz of pregnancy? Or is it nt the option for treatment of only allergic reaction?pls clarify nd pls tell the immediate managment of its adverse effect
dont give adrenaline for such patient....it can given in severe anaphylactic shock condition only and in diluted for on subcutaneous..e.g EPIPEN

Agar pt ko heart surgery plan hai toh anaesthetist ko teeth nikalvane ka plan ke bareme inform karna padega.
Koyi specific problems nahi honge. Lekin agar surgery aur teeth nilkalvane ke beech mae jyada time gap nahi ho (removed teeth ke place mae jo wound hoga usko heal hone ka time chahiye hoga), or if he has previous high BP, diabetes, previous history of local anaesthesia side-effects etc toh problems ho sakte hai. Please inform about your plan of tooth extraction to your anaesthetist.

The IM route is generally preferred in the initial treatment of anaphylaxis, the IV route is generally more appropriate in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) setting. Epinephrine injection 1:1000 (1mg/ml) is not suitable for IV use. If the epinephrine1:10000 (0.1mg/ml) injection is not available, epinephrine injection 1:1000 must be diluted to 1:10000 before IV use.

After three minutes, global cerebral ischemia (the lack of blood flow to the entire brain) can lead to progressively worsening brain injury. By nine minutes, severe and irreversible brain damage is likely.
