Algunas veces solía caminar por toda la riel desde la estación de San Pedro hasta el Arco, quería contar las maderas, pero perdía la cuenta😃. Es una vista maravillosa. Mi Cusco bello, ciudad imperial, te extraño. Ahora el trén ya no parte desde el Cusco. En fín todo cambia. Y ésos viajes a Machupicchu, siempre fueron inolvidables. from the point where the train drops you off to where Machu Pichi is at, you have to walk all the way up or is there some type of cable car? That seems like a long walk

I'd hate to be isolated up there when a landslide or earthquake hit! Better be in good shape for the hike down to civilization. But don't think of the negative, think of the beauty all around and the history of man to even get to that location and build a city to support hundreds of population.

Interesting how the train goes up a series of switchbacks through Cusco; I think that's the first I've seen a train go through switchbacks.

Possible, ydm 4 is just an ALCO locomotive. Even the one pulling the train has an ALCO powerplant, identical to YDM-4

El tren ya no sale de San Pedro (Cusco) sale de la estación de Poroy que esta como a 15 min de Cusco
