Thank you, if you are about to start a company in Sweden I also have a longer recorded lecture where I walk you through all the different choices you have to make, when applying for F-tax. It can be good to watch after you seen all the other videos in this serie!
Thank you for the informative video!🙏 I want to start my Stock trading career leaving behind years of experience into IT. I'm quite less ambitious as a beginner. What I understood from this video is your advice to start a sole trading because it less pain in terms of maintenance and taxation. Am I in the right direction?
Yes, that is my general way of looking at it. But there might be things that is better with a limited company taxwise. But in my opinion the extra time you get without the extra admin-work is also valuable, so depending on the tax situation and your goals with your company a sole trader might be the best way to start and try-out your business idea. /Malin
Thank you! I'm left with one question.. what happens if a limited company cannot run the business anymore and cannot pay its debts? how does it proceed?
Hi, I see you found the video! If the owner hasn't fulfilled its responsibilities the creditors can request the money from the owners. So it all depends on the situation.
Hi, I am not an expert regarding those kind of permits, but I guess it is connected to the organisationnumber. If so, you need to get a new permit when shifting company form. My guess is that it is more or less a formality if you move the whole business to a limited company. /Malin
Tack Malin - this is useful advice!
