Recent ONE OK ROCK albums have two versions, a Japanese and and an international one. The international one is all English lyrics. This song, however, has that last part in Japanese on both versions. Taka said he wants the entire audience at a concert overseas to sing that part in Japanese with him one day.
They were indeed inspired by Queen, they even told their fans that on this album they would make songs with different rock styles. If you listen carefully, "Neon" has the same feel as the songs from Panic at the Disco, even Brendon Urie is the co-writer of "Neon"

And yeah, Tomoya is out of this world for his energy. This song is the first from the "encore ", so they already have played for 2 hours, but he's still so alive and focused. Just amazing!
Tomoya has the most infectious smile. It brings so much joy! The band as a whole are so incredibly talented. Their voices blend seamlessly together and with Taka. Speaking of Taka… what can’t that man sing? In a day an age when singers don’t have to be amazing because of autotune and the like, Taka is in a league all his own.
I recently watched a fan video of a performance in a much smaller setting… how they are with the huge Japan crowds is exactly how they perform to a relatively small audience. They give it their all and that shows their love of the music and of the audience.

This is a song where I was moved by the harmony of the four members. My friend and I both like QUEEN, so we were happy when we heard this song.
I think Toru once said that Taka's songs have a high pitch, so it's difficult to do backing vocals. If the backing vocals are bad, the song will be ruined, so Toru, Tomoya and Ryota apparently studied with a voice trainer. I don't know if Taka himself learned it from his parents as a child, but he doesn't seem to have had any formal voice training since he left home as a teenager.
On some channel, a UA-camr said, "He must have had a lot of voice training to have this much control", so I think he would be surprised if he knew the truth.
I'm really glad you posted the reaction video for this song. In my interpretation of this song, the "they" in "When they turn the lights on" refers to the individuals or groups, such as oneself, family, or friends, with whom we have shared experiences and connections. When we hit rock bottom in life, they illuminate the way for us. Through this illumination, our strengths and weaknesses become clear once again. I always listen to this song with this interpretation in mind. Therefore, among all of ONE OK ROCK's songs, this one holds a special place in my heart.

Yes they sounds like Queen,Taka can do everything he wants with his uneartly voice and Toru plays like Brian May and Tomoya realy is virtuoso... They are really great musicians.Ilove them as Led Zeppelin is loved

The Queen influence is one of the reasons this is my favourite song on Luxury Disease. WTTLO is an arena rock anthem that I hope sticks around on their setlist for a little while.
