I was ignoring it for a long time as I lived away from home and I didn't wanted to go back for minor inconvenience. One day I woke up and felt small bumps on my body. Two around neck and one on lower abdomen. Went home and consulted the best dr in town. He examined me hardly for 5 minutes and wrote a FNA biopsy. My parents were shocked as it's mostly done in cases of cancer. We rushed to another doctor in different city and he diagnosed me with Chikungunya, prescribed meds for 2 weeks and I recovered soon. The bumps disappeared in a month. This experience made me believe in second opinions especially in medical sector.
Yeah , similar case for me.. I also had those bumps with light fever .. the 1st doctor which I visited told me it just Water Blisters.. but when more bumps started to appear .. this time i visited another experienced doctor then he told me its a case of Chicken pox

Here's my personal story when I was sick recently. During Diwali I got fever and cold. It got worse as time went and I had to visit doctor. I Went to one of the biggest hospitals in my area and the experience was horrendous. I was on saline for no reason. I fainted due to loss of blood due to miscommunication. At the end all the drama went by with unnecessary course of treatment. I knew we were scammed. And due to this sickness got worse. I couldn't sleep entire night. Reached 2 more doctors but after many test and similar diagnosis. I went and did my blood work. Found out I had iron deficiency. Went to another doctor told him to give me iron tablets. Got better within a week. . Don't trust doctors on everything. They are running their businesses and you need to educate yourself!

There is. Regulated normal fapping is healthy. It's a function of biology. Your body will automatically have night fall and do it. I have explained it all in the above video too. Watching your videos from 2019, made lot's of progress and improvement in my life. Till mid 2023,i was doing well socially as well professionally, but after that my life turned very bad turn due to bad influence and trying to become the person i was not,which led to wasting 1.5+ years of my life and nearly bottomed my social life. Now this realisation is very depressing to me, I'm trying but after 1 or 2 days i'm going back to that depressing phase for 4-5 days with intensity increasing day by day. Don't know how to get out of these clutches

Here's my personal story when I was sick recently.
During Diwali I got fever and cold. It got worse as time went and I had to visit doctor. I Went to one of the biggest hospitals in my area and the experience was horrendous. I was on saline for no reason. I fainted due to loss of blood due to miscommunication.
At the end all the drama went by with unnecessary course of treatment. I knew we were scammed.
And due to this sickness got worse. I couldn't sleep entire night.
Reached 2 more doctors but after many test and similar diagnosis.
I went and did my blood work.
Found out I had iron deficiency.
Went to another doctor told him to give me iron tablets.
Got better within a week.

Don't trust doctors on everything. They are running their businesses and you need to educate yourself!

yesterday was a gonner since I met a lot of old friends and was tired af. Was about to fall asleep but I remembered "Do the bare minimum at least to avoid total wastage of the day", I followed that and I recovered my day from utter bullshit to an average normal productive day. Watching your videos from 2019, made lot's of progress and improvement in my life. Till mid 2023,i was doing well socially as well professionally, but after that my life turned very bad turn due to bad influence and trying to become the person i was not,which led to wasting 1.5+ years of my life and nearly bottomed my social life. Now this realisation is very depressing to me, I'm trying but after 1 or 2 days i'm going back to that depressing phase for 4-5 days with intensity increasing day by day. Don't know how to get out of these clutches
