    Mal ein kleine Kritik von mir:
    Der Plan an sich ist gut aufgebaut und machst Spaß, allerdings stöhrt mich die Nachbearbeitung. Der Schnitt ist sehr gut, es wurden viele verschiedenen Einstellungen verwendet, ABER das soll kein Hollywoodfilm sein. Damit meine ich, dass es schwer fällt sich die Ausführungen der Übungen anzusehen. Man merkt leider, dass hir mehr Wert darauf gelegt wurde Jeff und co. am besten zu zeigen anstatt eine korrekte ausführung der Übungen zu zeigen.
    Aber is allem in allem sehr gute Videos und da sie ja kostenlos sind, sollte man nicht zi viel meckern ;D

      I would suggest doing ANY workout plan for 90 days and then switching it up a little bit.. You should do some research on "progressive overload" and "pyramid training". Those are great ways to add diversity to your workout.. And, of course, you should always push yourself {within reason} to do better than you did last week. Whether it's heavier weight, an extra set, or even an extra rep... ALWAYS LOOK TO IMPROVE!!.. That's how you make gains, baby... Stay hungry.

    I screwed my back up in the military so any exercises with free weights like the dead lift are a cause of concern for me. Is there something else I can do as a replacement that will still do the job without the risk of aggravating an old injury?

    I did my back workout and I worked my butt off but the next day I wasn't sore. Does that mean I didn't work hard enough and it was a waste of time???

      Mohammed Hussein I think I never got a sore back so far, so I don't think it's a big deal. If you pushed yourself to the limit until you could no longer do any reps, you did it right and did not waste your time at all. Actually, no training is wasted time, since you can always have some improvements, even if you didn't push your limits.
      Just keep in mind that it will take weeks until you'll start to notice growth.

      +ShapeYOU He means - would doing pull-ups and push-ups daily help to gain muscle? My answer: no. You need more rest. Google search a good beginner routine, such as starting strength.

      +kalandar cm Add them into your back routine. You can alternate them if you want, but do not do them every day. Pull ups are so much harder to do believe it or not. When you're seated, you can very well pull 130 lbs DOWN to you with the aid of gravity. When you're hanging, your pulling your body weight UPWARDS against gravity. Though the movement is the same for both......both are way different. People swear by one or the other. It's still a bread and butter exercise some people like to dismiss.

      Deadlift focuses mostly on the lower back if done correctly as shown in the vid. It also incorporates a bit of the legs. A great workout for incorporating large muscle groups

      Deadlifts mostly work your hamstrings and lower/mid back. So its good to get a thicker back. It also works your traps and forearms secondarily.

    i honestly believe they are natural. I have almost similar strength levels as these guys and im natty. im 6'5'' 205lbs and i can do everything they do in this video.. maybe not 180kgx4 in the deadlift but maybe 160kgx4. However im better at chinups than them.
    Also in the chestday video i do very similar weight.
