The numbers are not matching up or do I have it wrong? $1800 (mortgage) + $850 (cleaning) + 640 ( management) + $125 (repairs) + 430 (utilities). this is a not $2800 expenses this is way more and closer to $4k which the gross income. Is this correct ?
