Keenan, how the hell do you hide the arm when it's already gone--the second you go to deep half guard. I don't let anyone grab deep half-guard without owning that arm before they even get set into deep half. Everyone says that and it's Captain obvious, but how do you get that arm to safety in the scramble?? Thank you

With all respect for you as a champ,I must say this is so far from old school Bjj as self defense of Rickson or Royce.. This is no more a self defense way it’s only good for getting points but it doesn’t prevent the opponent to smashing your face.

yeah i agree its too applicable, but it being complicated is relative to your skill level. iIthink good purple belts and higher will have no problem figuring it out, especially with these excellent details and instruction I provided.

@@fritzdagger I really like this, super creative, however I've had guys jumping to knee bar the left leg when they feel me coming out the back. I know that placing the left hook prevents the knee bar but - is there another way to prevent having to worry about this?
