You ARE the luckiest man alive in the world of bikes.
You might actually be correct. Although I disagree that its not luck, he was dedicated to this dream 2 decades ago and slowly worked towards it. But he certainly has the largest working collection of motorcycles, & has possibly riden more bikes then anyone alive.
Japan makes the highest quality motorcycles in the world,Harley Davidson only wished they made high quality products, but they don't. I currently am a proud owner of a 1986 Honda gold wing interstate, did all the work to her myself, man she runs as good the day she was manufactured.
When I was a kid, the saying was buy a Harley buy the best, ride a mile walk the rest! lol
Had a 69 500 we didn't know any better back then. Wobble and scrape is how it went. Now 72 i have a 24 ZX10R.
Oh my goodness..that sound is incredible..got to be one of the best sounding bikes out there...Amazing 😀👍
Couldn't agree more!
Thanks so much Ken..What a Treat 👍
Beautiful old piece of history 👍
We have a lot more where that came from.
That’s how my girlfriend describes me😂
Thats one of my all time favorite motorcycles. Absolutely the right color as well, what a gem.
Gotta love the sound of a 2 stroke triple with pipes, I really enjoy my 72 750 H2 with Denco pipes. They really turn heads on vintage cruise days, the local police really keep an eye on you when riding around town.
Wow what a bike! Sounds great looks awesome. Thats a rare bird.
They don’t make them like that anymore!
I'll never forget riding my Buds 750 triple when I was 18....if there was 1 bike I could ever owned this would be it!! I'm 54 now n still love speed.. the power curve pulls so hard on these bikes... rip ya rite off the seat ,if you aren't carefull... total hoot!! and it's green too? 😍
It appears that there's a CBX chained up in the background of showroom. Love to hear the scream of that bike alongside the H2 in the street outside of shop! That symphony will make my day! 73s de Ex RD-350, 400 Hawk, 84 VF-500F, 86 VF-1000R, and 96 VFR-750 rider. WW2Y
Wow, what a looker and that sound.
The sound and all of them! Intake, rattling fins and exhaust. All insane.
Kamikaze to the Harleys of the time. What's that! It just smoked us.
I rode past one of these on my way back from a weekend trip yesterday.
Smoking away 😎
I loved my H1’s & H2’s had many of them for year’s. Rode them daily & drag raced all over the west coast at the best drag strips in the world!
Wish I would have kept 1
Now enjoying my MT-09sp 🥳😎
Love my Triple’s ❤
The original H2R. That would be a nice addition to my collection.
A pretty penny or two
It really is a beautiful machine.
Man I love seeing all of these old racer boy classics.
She's a straight beast, I could tell you was having fun on er, and really didn't want to put her up yet 😎🤘
Never forget the first time riding my 350 tripple. At 15 i never road a bike capable of going over 100mph. Toping that bike out was amazing to hear. 2 stroke is my love of my life. Lol
The Kawis, Suzuki and Yamaha 2-stroke street bikes were just awesome in the 70's, a thrill a second to ride for someone who understood the powerband and lack of handling!!!
Beautiful machine ! I was having a shot on my 92 Kx250 yesterday and love that 2 stroke hit
I grew up on these in the 1980's My dad had a few 500 and 750's He had a green one similar with a gray frame all dragged out, so much fun. I almost flipped the 750 and that is when I learned real quick.
Had a chance to buy one of these about 15-16 years ago for 1000$. Being a broke kid in college i couldn’t swing it at the time, food sounded better 😂.
Back in '86 I saw a near mint 750 for $1500. Having no money and also knowing the deal that was at the time is a killer. A year later I bought an H1 for $500. Not as nice though.
i never had the chance to buy one and probably never will.
I disagree with you - these sound better than food, however the food definitely would’ve tasted better - although the emotional sustenance from this would’ve been pretty good😂
@@AndyPat239 me neither- although I have owned and ridden quite a few two strokes owned an RD 400 a GT 550 Suzuki triple , owned an RZ 500 and ridden an RG 500 and several vintages of RD 250 and 350s including both non-power valve and power valve models so I guess I’m still pretty lucky in someways
@@malcolmwhite6588owned a RG250 and RD250 and rode a friend's RG250 and 500😊
You guys have the best job in the world........hands down 💪
I owned two of them. One has Denco pipes. The other had a 100+HP Bill Wirges built motor, expansion chamber pipes and rectangular swingarm.
I have a photo of the Wirges motor bike
😊Those are some serious mods!
Had many, but my Paul Gast motor with my Power pro’s pipes, ran 8.90’s at 158 mph in true quarter mile 1,320’ back in the early 90’s 🥳
Loved that bike❤
A cross-plane 3-cylinder always sounds cool, and when you add 2-stroke it sounds even cooler. 😃
What an absolutely beautiful sound 🤤 and a gorgeous bike !
Back in the Late 80's/Early 90's, a Kawasaki 750 Triple 2-Smoker came in on Trade at the Car Dealership I worked at. I wasn't a Street Bike Guy back then having only ridden Dirt bikes and 3-Wheelers, but I knew that was a Badass Bike and I wanted Ride it and maybe Buy it. First Curve I came up on, I started Steer into and it was like the Handlebars were Locked-up and wouldn't turn. Luckily I Slowed down and went off the side of the Road a bit but didn't Lay it Down. I took it back to work and said you can keep it, and then Proceeded to Clean out my Pants.
That’s a wild story! Glad you walked away from that one.
Had the privelage of babysitting a friends for 3 months while he was away on depoyment. (He trusted me because I rode a '75 Triumph T160).
That purple people eater was a hoot!
Really had no come to Jesus moments with it, because I respected it.
Fliipid wheelie monster 🙂
I had the 500 and it was very fast90. Mpr on one wheel its crazy power i cant think what the 750 would do the nick name sounds true lots of power better hang on for life lol i wore the toes off my boots came up to far on one wheel my life flashed true thats how i know Jesus loves motorcycles God bless
just seen old Blue H2 1000cc 2stroke absolutely insane
AWSOME BUILD !!!
The sickest bike at Kaplan just got bumped by this one.
OLD SKOOL RADNESS!!! SICK BRO!!
thank you for your service, God bless Merica
Up early. Couldn't sleep!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅
FASTER than the KZ 900 & 1000. As tested by Cycle World. A whole decade it held that title. Available to general public.
Looks awesome, sounds awesome = Awesome..
We need AJ to make new cases and reed block cylinders for these and the Suzukis too! Keep them brapping for the next 50 years!
Gotta love 70 's Japanese bikes. Forks, shocks, frame, rims, tires and swing arm look like the size of what is on a modern 125cc street bike.
Japanese engineers loved engine technology back in the day, less interested in the rest of bike design.
Needs a set of clubman bars
Real man ride kawas 💪
Questo si che è un 750 ! I love two stroke !
God bless H2 on pipes 🎉🎉🎉
You and your team restore these old bikes better than they looked OEM and probably run better
Had an H2. It truly wasn’t a widow maker IF you knew how to ride it. Problem is, every Tom, Dick and Harry new to bikes had to have one and didn’t respect it. They were quite docile off pipe and handled quite well if you didn’t ride like a squid. Yeah, it made a racket and braking was iffy, but if you studied the bike, respected it, it wasn’t an unsafe bike.
FWIW, my Yammie Daytona Special RD , ported cylinders with DG heads and pipes was as quick as my H2 and handled much better.🎉
That machine sounds bad ass
Now let's see a fully faired World Championships GP version, Kenny.
Sounds wicked
Back when a man was a Man ) NO computers. Just raw Power )
Cool bike for sure
Always wanted one.
Me too.
Right on 👍 badass
Show piece!
Love team Green 😊
Green machines 💪🇺🇸
Everyone in the neighborhood knows your’re riding that WidowMaker.
Owned a bunch of 500 every one had a set of chambers 😊

Oh No!!! Look out!!!
A Demon !

🤙🤙
What's up with the chain through the front wheels of the bikes behind you Kenny!!! Is theft that bad in your area?
We made an example out of the theft ring that broke in years ago. So no issues since.
@KaplanCycles Nothing worse than than than someone stealing your hard earned money!! I thought to you might be keeping the employees from having fun while you're out to lunch!😁
Denco pipes ?
Old school pipes, one of the better builder’s back in the day.
@ChrisSauer-oe5ve yup👍
😮😮😮😮😮😮
it sounds like it just wants to kill something, anything... 2 piston stopper up front and drum rear, oh my... it least the right lower leg has bosses for another caliper
Nice😍
Have wizard file the fins on the cylinder and the head
That would look trick
How about get a dremel in the ports and a set of flat slides 👍
Sounds so good!
@@BROU-bb2ucit has flat slides
@KaplanCycles I see my favorite carbs are FBG with powerjets.
Right around all day on that at 140 miles an hour 😂 welcome to the 70s show when men were men Better double up on the steering dampers
