yes, to some extent it, but depends on the overall chart!
In Vedic astrology, planetary movements can be compared to playing Monopoly. Just as no one benefits from landing on an unclaimed property like Park Place, a house in astrology remains inactive unless there's an aspect from another planet. Aspects are like throwing a stone across a river, casting energy from one house to another. Each planet's aspect has its unique effects. If there's no aspect, there's no impact on that house. Planets act like pieces on a Monopoly board, and when they land within 5° of the ascendant, they can either grant blessings or cause challenges based on their qualities and positions.
