THIS SONG JUST CAME OUT ON ENG SERVERS AND OH MY GOD THIS SONG IS SO GOOD!!! It really captures the groups theme of making melancholy music that still has a sense of hope to it. THIS IS EXACTLY IT!!! I’m actually gonna cry, this is such a beautiful song holy shit.
Seven months late, but I noticed how in some parts, Mizuki sounds as if they’re about to start to break into laughter, as if they’re actually having fun while singing :3
ALSO THE EDITING ON THIS IS AMAZING!!! I’ve found so many lyric videos that lean so heavy into editing that the lyrics aren’t even readable, BUT THIS!!! A BEAUTIFUL LYRIC VIDEO AND ITS READABLE!!! THANK YOU!!!
There’s so many savior/being saved motifs here(similar to lower), it’s amazing. 0:45 I think may be referring to how Mizuki still remains distant, and how Mafuyu’s feelings are still hard to figure out. 0:51 in this part, Ena and Kanade connect their hands(reach out) to dance(save) with Mizuki and Mafuyu. 1:27 I can’t seem to figure this part out, if anyone has any ideas please share them 1:46 This could be interpreted in two ways, one is that Ena can’t break free from chasing love and attention and Kanade still cannot feel satisfied with her songs, she feels she needs to save more people. The other is that as they all grow closer, now it has come to the point Mizuki can’t leave niigo, but they also can’t feel satisfied with the bond they all currently have because it could break at any moment. 2:04 Mizuki and Mafuyu sing this part. By ambiguity and contradictions being tied together, it could mean that despite both of their feelings being so ambiguous and unknown, they still contradict themselves, and Ena and Kanade want to tear those feelings off, singing the next part. 2:09 I think this part refers to how their feelings bleed over and over again, likely setting them all apart from each other, and how they tie the cord between their bond again and again, no matter how many times it happens, because they’re determined to stay together, but i’m not sure. 2:17 the roles being switched this time refers to how Mizuki and Mafuyu aren’t only being saved, they’re also helping Ena and Kanade as well, reaching their hands to dance. I’m not sure what exactly it means by the tightrope being nearly torn apart. It could be referring to how no matter how much despair each one of them is, they will continue to dance with each other, even if it leads to their death. 2:42 I’m not sure what Kanade’s pulsing means, it could be saying how Kanade’s finally started creating her own melody, instead of resonating with each other as she has done this entire song(in the “resonate” part right before this, Kanade is resonating with every one of the members). Mafuyu’s line means how she’s finally started having and focusing on her own dreams(therefore focusing on the tree of her dreams, wanting to make it grow). Ena’s line refers to how she has her eyes set on her dreams, and is determined to make it fruit(even if she has no talent). Mizuki’s line is talking about how if they ever manage to get the fruit off their tree, could they manage to meet the others face to face then? In this one, it could be questioning that if they manage to sort out their feelings, and make them fruit, would they be able to reveal their secret then? 2:53 this one proves the twilight is indeed bleeding because of their emotions, and the end of the road being dyed madder red could be referring to how they still have many hurdles to get through, how their feelings will still bleed in the end, but their feelings are also resonating, where before the twilight would bleed with individual feelings, now all of it is intertwined, making sure they will never separate. Did I just do a song analysis instead of sleeping until 1 am? Yes, yes I did Another thing I’ve noticed is that Mizuki and Kanade are both looking at the camera, while Ena and Mafuyu are looking away. This is quite peculiar as I thought it would be the opposite- Mizuki and Kanade are more likely to ignore their feelings and their problems while Ena faces them head on, and Mafuyu…. just takes it, I guess. But it could be signifying the fact that Ena and Mafuyu’s stories are mostly about self improvement, they strive for it. Unlike Mizuki and Kanade, who are more focused on others(with Mizuki’s feelings depending on others’ reactions to their identity, and Kanade’s savior complex).
Apparently the lines of the part you can't figure out are a reference to IDSMILE, by the same producer? As is Mizuki's line in the 2:42 section...it's interesting, even though there seems to be a little extra focus on Kanade as the unit leader there are also specific callbacks to Mizuki's themes and arc.
@@anomaliecosmos I have to look into that. You’re right about that. Among the set, it’s one of the only lines that is sung different and has a different meaning. Honestly as a mizuki enjoyer I see mizuki representation in practically every line lmao
The whole song it's self speaks n25, its so cute! This helped A LOT. I wanted to know more about this song and the deeper meanings so thanks! And why does miku sound like a lil kid its so cute-
