Please appreciate Rajpal Yadav (Th little guy) and Paresh Rawal (The Chef). They're few of the lengeds in Bollywood Comedy. We love them.
By the way, this movie is the adaptation of the most performed French play in the world. The play was also adapted in Hollywood in the 60s as the movie Boeing Boeing with Tony Curtis. I'm French and didn't even know the play, but when I saw Garam Masala 2 years back I thought: this is exactly like a French vaudeville, with the famous tropes of hiding the lovers, doors slamming all the time, all the lies and the general confusion etc. Then I learned it's actually based on a French play 😄

@@ab-eh3pp Chuthiyapa assumption. Priyadarshan went through a messy divorce and at that time he stopped making movies. After divorce he made Hungama 2, god knows why! Even in Malayalam it was average. He has still not remade his own top 5 comedies in Malayalam. Most of the remakes are of other directors including Hera Pheri.

Their duo was better without him priyadarshan cannot make a movie like this one.
He tried it with Hungama 2 but lost its charm with proper punch lines and direction to connect with the Hindi Audience.
