hello from America and I really enjoyed this video. I am always searching for the one special racket for me. These types of videos really help narrow the field. I have yet to play with Dunlop but really want to try especially the FX. I have an older Head Extreme MP and I have yet to demo even a newer racket that gives me the control, spin and feel. Local shop is limited on some models (no Dunlop). I like the idea of Dunlop because it seems they are budget friendly but still good quality. Thanks for the time you put in here and you and your partners play great tennis. If I may suggest, maybe keep your written portions up longer to read so the video doesn’t have to paused or rewound. Keep making great videos. I really like informative on the older rackets you included because as a budget minded racket hunter, older rackets are still valid. Thanks!!

Thanks for taking the time to comment and leave feedback. Good to hear that you liked this video and it is useful in your search.
Regarding the written portions I will just leave them up there for twice as long, and the only reason why they dont stay up long is partly because I thought viewers wanted to see more action and not to distort the view of hitting with the writing. I am also used to reading things quickly.
In your case Tennis Warehouse .c om website is your friend. They have a demo program which when I just perused through has the full range of Dunlops(some I cannot for now even get!) so if your local store does not have them go through TW. Dunlop is WAY cheaper for you also and while Dunlop can be a budget option I dont think $379 is 'budget' especially if as a player you want to have 3 racquets..
Regarding Racquets try both FX 500 and FX 500 Tour. Also I think you should look into Dunlop CX400 Tour or if your after spin try SX range but they arent great feeling racquets. Dunlop is mostly different to Head and its only crossover is CX range to Prestiges as I mentioned and maybe Pro Tour 2.0s without mentioning 'Pro Stock' moulds which are not obviously budget
Yes, more videos to come and you will again see some 'before 2024' racquets.
Please pass on this video and the channel to others you know. The more subscribers and views helps greatly

I found a CX 200 oversized on ebay at a really good price. It is the 2022 model. I really liked it’s control. I like the light feel, easy swing and easy on arm. It seem to lack some power while playing against my daughter (high schooler) who just got a new Wilson Shift which is a great racket. I am going to experiment with some lead in hoop and handle (mine has a trapdoor in handle). I think this will be a “good for now” racket. It doesn’t feel oversized at all. If the new ones are even better then I know they are a great racket. I hear your partner in the video say something about “the blue one”. I really want to try the FX also - I missed a chance to get the 2022 FX at a good price. Also the Diadems seem to be very good budget friendly rackets as well.

@@foxanddoggamer946 In response to your comment:
There is no 2022 model. What your talking about is 2021 model and it would be a similar mould to the racquet I was discussing about at 31:09. The oversized is lighter and designed to be easy use.
Looks like this one: i.ebayimg.com/images/g/zzUAAOSwaixmQ4BW/s-l1600.webp ?
Shifts are a good racquet. I did a review on them here: ua-cam.com/video/kL6dULWfyuA/v-deo.html
      Which Shift did she get?
The new ones are way better. Nil comparison. Why did you not go with the new ones ?
'the blue one' is the FX 500 Tour 2023. There is no 2022 FX. I think for majority of people FX works the best.
Diadem are all about budget but I cannot get access to any Diadem demos here without 'taking the risk' of buying them. Apparently their 98 sq inch racquets are similar to Blades but who knows

I own both the SX300 and the CX200
    I have a 1 handed backhand
So far…a month playing with both…both great, but I’m leaning heavily towards the CX200. I have to work a bit harder with CX, but I’m trying to keep an open mind and play with both for the next few months before I commit and just go with one.

      Thanks for commenting.
Within a few weeks to a month you will come to know which one usually works for you. What did you like about both of those? And why not FX 500 Tour?
      What strings do you use?
Agreed on having to work harder with CX200 and is definitely the case out of all the 3.

Now that you mention it, I might give a demo to the FX, I just thought that the power might be a bit much, but given your review I can see some benefits of trying it out.
What I like about the CX is the ability to swing full on any shot and keep the ball in play, I like the SX because I can easily whip a forehand from anywhere on the court, but the backhand and the serve are a bit inconsistent with the SX
I use VOLKL Cyclone 17 at 48 tension, and both of these racquets are easy on my elbow.

@@tridentstacking Yes give the FX 500 Tour another chance and I would be interested to hear what your thoughts are of it.
I used to use Cyclone string but found it was all power and limited to nil control. Völkl is a decent string brand and overall serious brand and if you like it then thats good. What do you like about Cyclone strings?

@@mattiastennis I just bought an FX tour on ebay for $90 US dollars...so yeah I will give it try!
I like Cyclone stings because they are good for my elbow, not sure if they are the best string, but I just stick to them because they dont cause any tennis elbow :)

@@tridentstacking Thats a ridiculously good price and where racquets should be at. Infact thats a ridiculously cheap price given the $300-$500 prices being slugged at people!
If Cyclone works for you then thats fine however do you have a video of yourself hitting? Would be helpful to gauge the consistency of your hits taking into mind what Cyclone string can be like

My 2 cents. Get all 3 class of rackets. When you open a fresh can of balls, play with the control racket. Next day or time when some fuzz has developed on the balls, use the spin racket. And finally after a few days, the ball start losing pressure, now use the force racket to get the extra depth on the ball. And the manufacturer will know you made the right choice.
