Don't let these art thieves who are making fun of your art get to you. I never understand why people like to steal other people's art and then proceeds to say "this is ugly" or hurtful things on the stolen artwork as they post it while claiming as 'their' work since they know it will hurt the artists. People like this are jealous.
Its frustrating to have others repost your original work without credit, I made something for a contest (for a different fandom), 20% of the time its gets credited on pinterest smh I generally hate this as an artist myself 😞
guys always put signatures your art and this is why it's just a good idea because all the time i see great art reposted and want to find who drew to look at more of their work, but i cant find it! people want to see your art, so have the self respect of signing it so many less people will bother to remove it in order to steal your work.
Damn. That's sad. What makes the situations like that worst, is when the person that stole thw art, has a lot more followers, alot more money, and can sue someone for slandering to silence them. Praying for you, man.
I don't think watermarks make art bad, it's actually better because then i can find the artist who made it. Also you could make your signature/watermark part of the artwork, that's what i do.
that guy reminds me of my classmate who always sent me stolen drawings to me and my friends and said he drew it. worst thing is that he didnt even try to erase the watermark. so me and my friends knew from the start that he stole it, but we let it slide for a few months. until i got fed up and confronted him about it, he said that he got family problems and was avoiding any questions i asked. i was so frustated and didnt bother talking to him anymore
I'm sorry this is happening to you. This is, unfortunately, way too common in the art community. Still, it's messed up that people do things like this. Watermark or sign everything you post. There are noninvasive ways to do so, that won't ruin the drawings. Personally I usually sign my name along the outline and it doesn't affect the overall drawing. Your art is adorable and I see definite potential for improvement. Keep it up! :)

Hopefully people don’t get mad at you for the watermarks (there was someone who got bullied off the internet for using watermarks)
kinda sad, that everyone got to add a watermark on everything, else it would be stolen etc. these parents have to take their ipad away
