when i was taking the course, i thought it was kinda humorus that he pretended to have a engineer telling him his diagnosis, fast forward a year or so and one of my first fridge calls was a inop icemaker. low and behold, the lady said her son wanted to talk to me while doing the repair, he was an engineer........it made me chuckle as i instantly flashed back to this lesson. long story short, dude was a engineer for the appliance brand and the refrigerator was a one off test mule for the brand that was being tested out by the mother of this engineer. no schematic in fridge, buddy was a huge help in figuring out that there was a pinched wire in the harness. they asked me to haul off said fridge and they shipped her another!!!! good times . in this rare case, i definitely worked with the engineer, huge help. thanks for everything yall do, your whole team is directly responsible for my success!
