8/21 My Son Tristan Roop who attends Gridley Middle school was punched in the face I have the video footage from it. I was not contacted by the school regarding this. Told oops it was a clerical error. I went to the school on 8/23 the matter was I wasnt pressing charges, but it was unnerving when I was told they can't watch the kids they don't have enough staff to do so. My son was never in trouble for defending himself at that point the other child had 1 day in school suspension. 8/28 My same child was strangled in a hallway and his twin sister held back by other students while it happened & they were told by their teacher that they could not go to office to report it, that she was scarier than Mom. My daughter went to the restroom a short while after being ridiculed in front of her peers. At that point she called me I went to the school to find her in the bathroom & my son still in class both in tears. I called T.P.D. again not pressing charges. 8/29 The kids returned to school being bullied and threatened still their father called and no response from anyone as assistant principal was busy and principal out for a few days. My children were then inappropriately touched by the teacher who refused to let them seek help. The child who attacked my son had 1 day of in school suspension. 8/30 I return to the school for an update to find my daughter is the one suspended in all of this??? Seeking help of any kind. School security officer witness, as well as various students.
Yeah, children probably shouldn't be allowed in the playground of a _closed_ school. If the school's closed, of course the playground won't be maintained frequently.
Did you see the staples on that kids head?!?!?! He had friggin brain surgery and probably will suffer lifelong issues because of that so don't try to say she should worry about god damn playgrounds when her kid's head was busted open. He probably is now mentally delayed and will never be the same and no amount of money is worth that but it sure helps will all the medical bills and medical treatment he will need for the rest of his life not to mention that gigantic scar across his whole head. The school needs to worry about the playgrounds not the parents that's what taxes are for.
