No light was used in this video. But, It would look better with a one or two lights.

Yes, this happens when warm and cold currents mix.

I have been to manta point several times, including this May, and I can’t see manta every time. It does take some luck.

the corals look unhealthy or is it bc of the camera?

The corals here are not the best, probably because of the sandy bottom.
This dive site is very easy, there won’t be any big currents in the bay, and you may see sunfish. I haven't seen it yet.
