Wrong. People can get loans on 6% now a days from BOB. And they now guve 4 rs/ unit. Some land yiu can get 2_3 lakh / bigha far from road touch . 3 lakh of land and 2.7 crore cost approximately. Monthly income 50_ lakh. -1 lakh maintainance. Monthly bank EMI 24 lakh. 25 lakh profit monthly
And you van do other agriculture business such as dairy or fish farming
*The amount is too big for most farmers... BEST to not do it... RISK is VERY HIGH* It is ok for people who have money.
*Also remember it will need almost daily cleaning with water*
Plants should be grown under it else water will be wasted with just single use.
Best to be self-sufficient for which all farmers must use:
1. *Battery-less Solar Power* (3kw -5kw) for house
2. *Biogas* from toilet & farm waste
3. *Rainwater harvesting to borewell.*
should be done by each household in urban and rural areas, at least for personal use

The sale price of the electricity units should be increased every year at the same rate as the RBI rate of interest, so that the financing is in sync with rate of return, otherwise why would someone invest money and take the risk of high inflation and high interest rate with fixed return business model. You would think the govt. is smart enough to take care of these dumb issues, but of-course, who are we kidding, it is the government.

The installation vost goes as high as 3-4 cr gor 1 mega Watt project and many states to PPA at rate of less than 3 rs...so yoy the turnover is 30 lacs only ...after maintaince 1-1.25 lac ll be the profit...if we calculate roi it ll be less than 10%

मी एक महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकरी असून, मी मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी योजनेअंतर्गत शक्ती सोलर पंप 3Hp चा 3 वर्षांपूर्वी खरेदी केला. कंपनी तर्फे दिलेला 5 वर्षाचा नैसर्गिक विमा हा फक्त दिखाव्या साठी असून ते कोणत्याच शेतकऱ्याचे प्रश्न समजून सुद्धा घेत नाहीत आणी कोणत्याच शेतकऱ्यांना अशा अनेक अडचणी ला सामोरे जावे लागते आणी कंपनी त्यांच्या कोणत्याच तक्रारीच निवारण करत नाहीत. माझा शेतात लावलेला सोलर वादळी वाऱ्यामुळे खराब झाला आणी मी त्याचा पंचनामा सुद्धा तलाठी व हवामान कार्यालय मार्फत केला असून अद्याप कंपनी चा कुठलाच फोन आला नाही.

1. किसी भी धंदे में 4 से 5 साल में पूरे पैसे वसूल होजाने चाहिये इसमे 9 साल लग रहे है बहुत ज़्यादा है

Selling electricity to government is very bad idea, they will not pay you money on time or will decrease the unit price. Use solar for own use not to sell electricity.
