Coming across Brendan playing a public piano would ruin my day ... I would not be able to just walk on past and not stop to listen - then I would stay till he was finished playing and not get done the things I was there to do. Of course, I would gladly ruin my day this way. We don't have public pianos around here. The last time I was able to listen to someone who played in public was back when Benmont Tench used to play in the local music store before he joined Tom Petty
