brighton needs better central defenders, Webster should be on the bench not on the field. I have no idea what he is trying to do with the first goal, and he once again ball watching instead of closing down the player with the second goal. The third goal he was completely beaten by antonio.
Webster totally underestimated Antonio for that first goal, he was trying to flick it back to the keeper but fked it up. Just bad decision making overall.

The estupinan tackle is very strong but he has made no attempt to stay on his feet after feeling contact, and theyve seen it as a shoulder to shoulder challenge. The mitoma one however, probably should have been given, and was the strongest shout of the three by far

It's incredible how Webster was a crucial weak point of the defence in all 3 goals. 2 messed up passes on the first. Complete indifference to Antonio in the second. End a messed up tackle on the third. Awful performance
I'd also point out Estupinan as all but useless. On last goal he misjudged the ball awfully. But yeah, Webster was MVP for West Ham especially on second goal.

Is it just me or do Premier League referees make unfair decisions so that only famous clubs can remain on top of the points table and the balance of power does not change? There were at least 2 penalties due for Brighton in this match. If same had happened to a famous club they would've gotten the penalties for sure. I saw similar unfair decisions in Brighton's match vs Tottenham last season.
Brighton did not play well despite the possession. That's a positive to take away from the game. West ham deserved the victory if only for the effort they put in. So far... I am looking at Pedro and wondering why we paid £30m for him. Seen nothing from him that inspires any sense of optimism.
