Thanks for this great video with step by step direction on how to purchase ONCF train ticket. I just purchased 2 tickets on AL BORAQ from the oncf website. I noticed that I was charged an additional 9,60 MAD service fee for using foreign credit card. Is that normal practice?
Hi and Thank you, Sometimes a small fee is charged for the use of a credit card; in this case 9.60 MAD which is a little under $1 USD, which isn't too bad. Enjoy Morocco and Safe Travels!
Hello, We did not use the bus routes , for local traveling we walked or used taxis ( only to and from train stations and airport ). And for traveling between cities the trains were very reasonably priced, in addition with bullet trains between some cities it will save you precious time. with that being said there are some cites that can only be accessed by bus or car.
Having so many issues paying for my train ticket. The website is returning an error code 99. I tried so many times and still not working. Any idea on how to pay for this online?
Hi, Not sure if this is going to help as a friend from Germany had issues purchasing tickets as well. Did you try the standard fixes; try on computer and phone, also on different search engines as well as trying to purchase tickets on one of the other sites we had listed in the comments. I hope this helps...

Is necceserry to do check in before boarding at train
If you have your ticket already just board the train and they will come around and scan your ticket
