For ST.HP crush counter if you are closer you can do V-skill 1, B.MK xx Heavy Scythe instead of moonsault, Target combo xx Heavy Scythe. Does a little more damage and builds v-gauge

you can consistently link cr.hp > st.mk > st.hk > vs1

sometimes the combo written on screen doesn't represent the actual combo, like in the first combo, "lplp" is written while it's crlp, which one should i follow ? the one written or the one that is done ?

Yeah, pretty much, and knowing what moves put people in a juggle state, and what moves hit air borne, knowing frame data helps as well.
