Great episode. I attended one of Chris' seminars in May 2015 and it was awesome. The weekend before I was at a nutrition seminar that is pretty popular in the CrossFit community. The difference between the two was night and day. You can really tell that Chris wants to see people get better and meet their goals. The nutrition seminar was scripted and felt very impersonal. Participants were actually told to not ask questions. Ironically, I signed up for Chris' online coaching program yesterday afternoon (I've been recovering from an Achilles injury). Today I ran my 400m TT. I know what my 1M TT is though. Thanks Julie!
Hi Julie, As a procrastinating college student i admire the drive and focus that you've shown in your carrier, both academic and athletic. What would you say is the most important thing to remember when you just don't feel like diving back into the workload pool? - Fabian.
Great episode Julie! Such a fan of Chris Hinshaw and I'm not even in the CF community. Great podcasts. I'm also a huge advocate of Functional Medicine, I met my now wife when she was working at the Functional Medicine Practice I was going to. Keep it up!
