the most realistic part is how the mom didn't say sorry till the end. yeah in the asian household your parents didn't even acknowledge how you feel because they did "what's best for you".. watching without expect anything and end up felt so touched. This is such a healing and beautiful drama.
You still didnt understand the series , he made a movie without her permission she tried her best as a single parent to raise 2 healthy children if youre not a parent you will never understand, and she didnt even do anything she was only mad because she thought their children didnt appreciate all she did for them , asian parents most if the time suck yes but in case of this series she was a good parent dont think she forced anything on them.
@@mazhermehdi8793 because it his movie, his story, his interpretation about his life. The fact that he sees his mom like that, is not his fault. You could do your best to your child, but you also need to think how it affects your child.

Yeah i know its his pov but youre showing it to public and regardless of anonymity imagine if you love someone dearly and did everything for them for years and they post a video or a status about you saying youre the worst person or all your efforts and time was worthless how would you feel ,his mother had nothing to apologise for as she did everything she could as a single mother the point im making here is that yes many asian parents are bad but it doesnt mean all of them are bad and his mom wasnt one of those asian parents she did everything in her power to keep their children happy and grow in a peaceful environment, now put yourself in her shoes and see her life , gets cheated on by a loved one then working her ass off to feed the children cleaning the house maintaining it and doing it so well that thier children lives peacefully, si won didnt realise that thats why he thought of his life that way till he came to realisation when he talked about it to his mother , life in itself is like that sometimes we are so indulged in ourselves and our egos we fail to realise others perspectives and it cause prejudice and unreasonable hate , love your parents people they are the only people you got in this world cherish them before theyre gone and youre left with nothing but regret.
This movie is so important. It talks about so many topics that aren’t normally talked about (e.d’s, child neglect, body dysmorphia, sexual harassment, etc) and it does a beautiful job of focusing on it without it being a major trigger to people. I wish more people watched and made stuff like this🖤🖤
Loved that you chose a song about trauma so that this piece of the show was highlighted, it worked so well even without dialogue to show how hurt SiWon was by his past and how much DaUn's presence made a difference to him. Lovely work! And I fully agree, I don't think this series got enough credit 💕

Not only this bl is beautifully written but it’s new and amazing. The storyline, the actors, the scenes ❤ chef 💋. I really love this bl because it’s not two men founding out they’re gay, it’s Just two people feeling in love slowly and naturally(no toxicity) . Just natural and pure love 💗 and also love that the main focus was not “them being gay” it’s about other things that makes actual sense
