ATC clearances and dep instructions are required to be passed well in advance. Chittagong is not very busy airport of Int'l standards combining with take off can be avoided.
I have seen in other videos of this channel that people are appreciating or admiring the lady air traffic controller in Dhaka. But why not people admiring this male air traffic controller of chittagong? He is much fluent and well experienced traffic controller.
