Addiction Tokyo is SOOO underrated. Their blush formula is top tier for me- probably my favorite ever! It’s only a matter of time before a tiktoker gets wind of this brand and they blow up
I did that "sucking air between teeth" sound when you said it's only a matter of time until a TikTokker gets a hold of them. I realized that is SO SO TRUE.
I love Addiction, Suqqu and Lunasol. Their shadows and lip products are superb. I love Long Lasting Cream Foundation made by Amplitude. Unfortunately Amplitude has stopped production. Lunasol has beautiful quads that rival Suqqu. Most of their palettes are not limited edition but they are pricey. I order them from a couple of Japanese stores. I wish Addiction would expand their US website. I have an Addiction eyeliner called Rabbit Hole. It’s a blackish brown. What I like is, it’s very creamy and when first applied you can easily smudge it. Then it sets and doesn’t budge. And, and it’s waterproof. I totally love this review. The mascara topper is something I wouldn’t be brave enough to try.😊

I just got my hands on addiction Tokyo and the formula is amazing! The 101 eyeshadow quad and I got the sober rose stick as well. It is so great! I’m getting more once I can set aside some extra 💰 lol I think it’s actually my fave eyeshadow formula especially on mature eyes love it! ❤these colors look so pretty on you ❤

I love this collection concept. I’m definitely interested in the eyeshadow quad since those colors speak to me and look so beautiful on your eyes. They all look like one and done shades. I’m interested in that cheek polish as well and love that sheen it’s giving. That mascara would definitely give me a migraine and I know it would end up looking like I have stuff in my eyelashes lol. I could just see it where someone gets up close and tries to pull it out of my eyelashes thinking they’re helping lol 😂. I do just a few now and than, it's not good for the planet, and taxes sky high here in NL. Kanebo owns quite some brands, here we have Sensai from them, but i would love to see a makeup update from Sensai.
Yours is the first review I’ve seen on this release! Woot! The cheek product looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I kind of want all 3 shades! I really love all of the products on you. But having lash glitter in your field of vision all day-no thanks! That would drive me nuts. I have LOVED the powder cheek, eye shadows, and all lip products I have tried from AT. Their formulas are impeccable!!! I really wish they would have arm swatches of their powder products on their US website site. I’d have many more of their products -especially eye shadows-if they did because I really can’t tell what I’m ordering, shade wise. I don’t have any way to see these in person to swatch. Beautiful look!😊 I am fortunate enough to have a pretty large Addiction Tokyo eyeshadow collection. I personally think that their singles are better than their eye palettes. The eyeshadow palettes feel slightly grittier to me than their singles creaminess wise.
They have so many beautiful looking singles- which ones would you recommend? I have Dolce Vita in my cart and the blush nuancer in “Color Me Sky” & the cheek polish in Mauve Sunset..
@Loralarify Hello! Their blush nuances are beautiful. Dolce Vita looks lovely. Mariage is their most famous shade, and it is very beautiful. It gives a very shiny, neutral, yet sophisticated look. I also like Londolozi, Drop Out (on the eye, it gives that sophisticated gray/brown '90's grunge), Midnight Wish, Shanghai Breakfast, and Love Vision. I like all their formulas except for their Prism formula. It's just gritty and doesn't really show up sometimes. If there are any other colors that interest you, feel free to ask. I might have them. I love to sparkle to the heavens! I also really like their Mascara in Black River, their lip stains, and their lip shines. So far, everything I have tried I really like, except for the Prism formula and their eyeshadow palettes. Enjoy!
@NotFitforPrintBeauty Hi! Just my opinion, of course. It sort of reminds me of MAC and the rumors of the formulation differences in the holiday palettes versus the singles. I would say that Addiction Tokyo palettes are very nice but pale in comparison to the singles (my opinion).😀
I have to say., the look is pretty but the blush formula isn't calling me! I think it' too close to looking like nail polish and I know better but not my jam! I like the way everything came together and the mascara could be fun for a nite at the club (in sparkle tennies)!😂😂😂
OK good I’m so glad you brought this up. So I just got a new pair of Birkenstocks and they’re so uncomfortable and my daughter tells me that that’s how they feel at first like really kind of hard under your feet. Please tell me these are going to get more comfortable because, as I said, I am unwilling to be uncomfortable anymore And these are so darn cute. They have like little flower leather on top of the foot but they’re so hard and not comfy right now. It’s a whole thing and they might have to be returned.

I was looking forward to this video. I did wear the amethyst eyeshadow myself yesterday which was nice but I think the colors look nicer in the pan then on, especially the deeper pink color. It doesn’t show up like in the pan, just more brownish. I agree with you, just nice. It’s funny I thought the blush was nail polish so didn’t even look at it.🤷🏼♀️ I also got the two lip oils but haven’t tried it yet ( can’t wait for tomorrow’s video). The mascara is not for me. It would drive me crazy seeing it in my line of vision.
I got the sunrise tide pallet (the coral/orange) one. I am into peachy shades lately. I love purple though, so I hesitated on which one to get. I also got the mascara one too. I am a sucker for glitter and the “limited edition” got me. I still got FOMO from missing on one of the last limited edition mascaras, so I had to get it 😂 Kind of want to go back for the blush now… Can’t wait to see the lip review video!~

@@kelpsyy I like the eyeshadow. Their pearl shadows’ formula is something I like a lot for some reason. The texture and finish is just nice and enjoyable to use. For the mascara, Rebecca’s video helped me be realistic on what to expect lol. I have used the mascara a couple of times now trying to make my mind about it, and can’t say I love it. At the same time don’t hate it, but it’s a fun add on. I have very flat eyelashes, so I need to use it on top of a waterproof mascara. I wear it only on the tips, and it’s cute.. but I feel like it’s only noticeable up close.
The eye shadow is a nice quiet color story. I really like the soft eye look you created. I am more into powder blushes and the only lip oil I am getting next are several shades of Guerlain.😅😅 The mascara would drive to drink! No thanks. You looked beautiful 💕

I picked up the mauve/pink quad and I really like it. Soft and delicate for spring. I had other blushes in the nail polish style applicator and never used them, so I’m passing. Glitter on my lashes was a no go from the first mention. Oy. What a concept.
I thought maybe that glitter would just be an editorial delight but it was a let down from the moment I started applying. Can't see it ON the lashes but CAN see it WHILE wearing it. No thank you.

The mascara is a little Y2K? I remember having a sparkley topper mascara back in my yoof.

I picked up the mauve/pink quad and I really like it. Soft and delicate for spring. I had other blushes in the nail polish style applicator and never used them, so I’m passing. Glitter on my lashes was a no go from the first mention. Oy. What a concept.
I thought maybe that glitter would just be an editorial delight but it was a let down from the moment I started applying. Can't see it ON the lashes but CAN see it WHILE wearing it. No thank you.
I really want to try this brand. This is not the collection for me but I look forward to what comes next.
