Honestly, I think Izuru did the best with the conversation at the end. He understood almost everything and answered with what he meant. The answers were odd, but they were at least true to his intentions. Rikka did well understanding, but he couldn't figure out how to continue the conversation beyond giving directions. Still did well though. And son...well....he tried he best
I like how sensei made sure to make it obvious that the points were for fun and yet not pointless, shows a lot of teaching experience in creating a positive learning environment
But why does Roberu have better handwriting in English than me, a native English speaker? Edit: Rikka's English pronunciation is severely underrated. Also this just goes to show how much confidence goes into conveying meaning, Roberu just kept throwing anything related at the wall and noticing when something stuck and ran with it. Very inspiring Winning Son!
Many English learners, especially in countries where they are strict on stroke order or prioritize stroke order in their native language, have very nice handwriting in English. In Japanese, it's better, if not required, to write in correct stroke order bc ppl can tell what character it is based off slight nuances in your stroke that forms when you write in and out of order. Like it's hard to remember as a native English speaker, that there is a stroke order for English letters but we are much more lenient on individual quirks in handwriting than say Japanese when it comes to their own handwriting. I personally think that while I'd prefer everyone have nice handwriting, I do appreciate how English-speaking countries really allow individuality in handwriting. Like not being upset if you curl your y's tails or dot your eyes with hearts or write rounded w's instead of pointy ones.

So we're having wachastars having school lesson episode? I'm in!! Edit: okay today's episode is very interesting one. We've able to see izuru,roberu and rikka's english skills and ngl three of them are very decent especially izuru which i do know he's the most fluent compare to all holostars members. For paper test they are doing fine in some parts, but the situation part is the best one. Roberu's the best part and legit became morimoto-sensei's favorite 🤣🤣🤣 Now i wish holostars will call morimoto sensei again but this time with other members. Next time maybe we could get Astel, Temma and Miyabi and then Aruran, Shien and Oga hopefully coz i would like to know their level too. Overall good job everyone and you guys did very well👍👍👍👍
Roberu somehow managing to answer appropriately to the question with single words had me in tears from laughing. Izuru also did so well with answering those hard questions, and Rikka problem-solving by actually showing the person is such a good solve. I would love to see more English tests!

Oho with just the trailer alone, this episode looks like it'll be full of fun with the English teacher. xD I had a feeling they do something like this down the line and here it is! EDIT: So they did get homework assignment!! xD I had a feeling staff gave it to them and watched to make sure they didn't use their phones or each other to cheat haha. I really like how witty Izuru, Rikka and Roberu think when coming up with the reasons why they gave the answers they did with positive passion. More than anything this shows the boys do their best to understand what you write and they care. Overall, the guest was great and bounced off them really well. I would also love to see the rest of the members do this segment, too! Remember to turn on English subtitles if you need it!

This is really a segment to raising up japanese confidence to their english. I mean, language is more like "as long both party get it" if its for daily life, right? sure if its for formal occasion and to grammar police they will had more X, but for daily life things, they are already enough to count as O.
