Or simply putting ice cream in a cup or bowl. You need two hands to even hold it properly. I can't even hold my cell phone up for a 30 min conversation without hurting.

I use grippers all the time around the house, I have an autoimmune condition and I run out of energy very quickly through the day and they are a life saver. They give back independence when something as simple as picking something off the floor would be hard
