I've seen some amazing houses in terms of the architecture and sheer artistry involved, but this is one of the few mansions that I would actually want to live in. Not only is it luxurious, huge, and stunningly modern, but its also cozy and practical. Pair that with the water access and absolutely dreamy feel of the trees and landscaping, and this is damn near my dream home

Love the house Jason, The open concept of the house is very nice. Love the living room very much. like you said it screams cosy..that's the vibe that i get as well I totally agree. I also love all the bedrooms and those balcony's the amount of privacy as you hang out there is perfect. The view from the pool is also something that is different...I love that as well, besides from having a close access to the ocean overall the house is beautiful. Great Tour, love it! 😀

Man, you have missing Lauderdale. Lots of fun times on Los Olas. Great area, restaurants (Mark’s-my favourite but no longer there) bars, shops, galleries, and people watching. The house is lovely and just the right size and price. Great location to walk to Sabastian Beach or cocktails at The RC pool bar overlooking the ocean. Great job Jason on the walkthrough.
