Dell EMC Cloud Tiering Appliance (CTA) Walk-through

Dell EMC offers a free cloud tiering appliance with all of their Unity XT storage arrays. It's easy to download and install, we were operational in under 15 minutes. There's also a brand new interface too with the latest version released in June 2020. In this video we walk through how to configure the CTA. I like the backup software idea mentioned but I think a series on various backup software opensource and paid would be great. A overview and how to get backups going. Maybe have articles to go with it as well on performance of the software when it comes to speed of backup.

I'll second a previous comment. I'd love to see a video on the current state of the TBU sector. Both current offerings, as well as future outlook/prospects. Is it all just going to the cloud?

I would also love to see more about using tape drives for backups. I have always wanted to experiment with tape drives but they are prohibitively expensive for something that I have very little experience or knowledge on.

I think you should cover disaster recovery options. With more and more businesses falling pray to ransomeware disaster recovery has never been more important.
