Does he mention the reason why he is no longer a atheist? The video is very long and heavily edited I find it a bit tedious to watch b/c the topics are all over the place.
I tired to watch it again from the 5min mark, but it's just too painful to watch. Both of them don't seem to understand what atheism is. The person doing the interview seems to think it's a positive belief closed to the possibility of God. Then they confuse faith with reasonable expectation, which is a very common equivocation fallacy used to promote the usefulness of faith.

His spirituality and realisation are very sound and grounded. I love this about him. Because of this he is a man you can trust completely.
Hinduism fails when human beings take gods positions, call her guru OK, what ever the teaching you like take it from her, but when you claim she is avatar of krishna or vishnu all big time Bull Shit. If that is the case Gayil Tredwell - Gayatri would have never written a book like this .
She says what ever you believe in, believe in yourself and know how special you are. . .Amma is mother of many blessed people.
