That Peavey XXX sound mean! I remember playing on one of these when they first came out and remember liking it, but I already owned the Peavey 5150 letter block and that to me still sounded as good or maybe even better so I never picked it up. Still own the 5150 \m/

On the first riff XXX blown 800 right away, those pinch harmonics so perfect, but....on the rest of the mix, the JCM seemed so perfectly balanced, didn't liked the XXX so much

I love my XXX. Underrated amp.
Cool vid! I have a VOODOO amp modded XXX. Blends great with any mid gain EL 34 amp. But mic'd close its best to back off the gain on the Peavey.
Both amps sound great. I prefer the Triple XXX without the boost
