Unbelievable that she would leave and take their child from a two-parent household for a career! She gets the hospital up and running and then leaves. When is enough enough? And as for Murdoch, I have no words!!

What a crock! This episode is laughable and outrageous. (The violin the background made it all the more campy!) Many of the seasons of this show have been wonderful but seasons 15, 16 and 17 - have gone downhill. I haven't heard - if this is the last season . . . I hope so. I loved this show when it was about procedural mysteries and not a constant delve into the lives of the characters who start singing and dialoged is forced but agendas that were not prevalent during the very early 20th century. Show is now contrived and no longer entertaining.
Scotland Yard for Murdock would give him a chance to work with Sherlock Holmes. He ought to take Julia to on her offer to move there

I agree. Taking a career path that splits up the family is an unusual choice for their child, especially in that time period.

Julia is so selfish, annoying, with alount mens.....i don't like her.
