As a glass installer, it made me sad to go back to businesses that were vandalized over and over and eventually the gold leaf letters would not return..
So the glue was to give it that texture in the center of the typeface? What type of glue? And did you use a different glue for the edges? Or was the glue of the edges just less bumpy/textured to make the edges look clean
The glue was to make it stick to the surface solidly, the outside liquid drizzled at the edges is more of an electrostatic cling bond then he paints over the edges of the gold to actually seal the edge from peeling up.
Should find a better way to round off the R and the B because you can see it was done with a straight edge. I could never do this so sorry but it is amazing and of the highest quality I

It's Powder to make the Matt parts Matt and a gloss paint on the parts he wanted to stay shiny. He pats powder with the puff at the beginning and then lined with a gloss paint then he applied the gold leaf.
@@commimixcreate4198 I already said what it was you didn't have to do all that 😆 and no it's not because of the black tape that it is matt. the tape is to line the painting the matt powder makes the gold leaf matt when applied on top like nail polish would with a matt top coat. Then he applied gloss paint and then applied the leaf on top making it look glossy on the other side.
