Hi, I'm 16 and I don't speak English well. I'm graduating in 9 months and I decided that I needed to get my body in order. I tried to train with many different trainers, but after several classes with you, I decided that I wanted to train with you for the next few months. you are amazing!!
Starting today : June 5, 2024 I’m doing this workout until the end of June (vacation) and I’ll give updates !! (I’ll probably keep doing this for longer, but I’m documenting only until the end of June) day 1: ✅ definitely felt some burn, but finished. Only did it once day 2: 🚫 I woke up VIOLENTLY sick and I couldn’t get myself up to workout. will do it twice tomorrow. day 3: ✅ did twice today, a little bit easier but still feel the burn. I noticed I don’t get as bloated as I was before. day 4: ✅ felt the burn more towards the end. No differences in body yet, besides bloating going down more. day 5: ✅ getting better at doing the exercises correctly, so i DEFINITELY still felt the burn. still no results since its only been 5 days, but i might do this more each day, or do more workout videos a day. day 6:
@@Deli292 i started a different workout instead of this one, but still continued working out. i just came back from vacation and I could notice my belly is a lot flatter. No abs, or crazy hourglass figure, but a lot less bloating and a flatter belly. I felt way more confident ! I’ll find the other video i was using and put it here

Eleni I've been doing this workout for a little over two months or so now and I feel like I'm seeing the results that I've been wanting for ages. this is the only workout that actually works for me with seeing results and even the burn that I didn't get from the other MANY workouts that I tried. thank you for making this workout, it's been making me feel a lot more confident in myself and I love the results that I'm seeing from it. (did some dancing tho) day 5:✅️ yayy day6: ✅️its getting easier for me to do this !! day 7:❌️ i literally forgot to do it lmao day 8: ✅️today i def felt the burn day 9: ✅️ was kinda lazy but thankfully i ended up doing it !! day 10: ❌️ day 11: ✅️ didnt do like 2 bc i was in a rush but did what i could!! day 12: ✅️ omg doing this while on my period makes it harder idk day 13:❌️ day 14:✅️ day 15:✅️ slayy day 16: ❌️ day 17: ✅️ there are some parts that couldnt do that i can do now !! day 18: ❌️ didnt do it bc i had prom !! day 19: ❌️ im sick lmao day 20: ✅️ im still sick but i did it anyway day 21: ❌️ day 22: ✅️ omg i keep forgetting to do it
As someone with a lot of dips I appreciate this type of exercises it helps a lot to keep the shape and burn the fat!
