Xiao Talks: Short review of the book The Burning of Macabebe by Ian Alfonso

27 April 2024 was the 125th anniversary of the Burning of Macabebe by the Philippine Revolutionary Forces, which Mabini lamented!!!

The ever productive visionary historian friend Ian Alfonso came out again with another book, now on the Burning of Macabebe, launched last 17 May 2024 at the Juan D. Nepomuceno Center for Kapampangan Studies. I was present during the event but had to attend to another previously agreed upon zoom engagement that is why I have to quickly make a video which was shown at the event as I was doing another webinar at the office.
