- In the final round of the 2023 PNC Championship, Tiger and Charlie Woods carded an 11-under 61 to finish at 19-under overall.

The PNC Championship is held for the 26th time this week as the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida, hosts 20 two-player teams featuring a PGA TOUR, Champions Tour or LPGA player and one of their family members. After Tiger Woods made his return to action at the Hero World Challenge for the first time since withdrawing at the Masters, he’ll once again be back to tee it up at the PNC Championship alongside his son, Charlie. The duo was tied for second a year ago after the first round, but stalled on Sunday and ended up tied for eighth. Justin Thomas returns this year to play alongside his father, Mike. Justin Thomas finished third at the Hero World Challenge two weeks ago and will be feeling confident about taking his second PNC Championship title, as the Thomases won here in 2020. Defending champions Vijay Singh and his son Qass are looking to recreate their magic from 2022. Last year was their 16th time teeing it up together at this event, and they finally broke through for a win, becoming the first pair to shoot two sub-60 rounds at the event. Other pairings to look out for are Nelly Korda and her father Petr, Matt Kuchar and his elder son Cameron, and Bernhard Langer and his son Jason.

i hadn't heard of Charlie Woods until I saw the video. I looked him up and I see that he is right now (at 10 Januray 2024) only 14 years old and the same age at the date of the video.
What an extraoridinary golfer. He has such a powerful swing and incredible control from what I've seen of him so far, even at such a young age.
He has an incredible future in golf. Bound to be one of the best all time players.

Im truly in awe of Charlie Woods. This kid can play. Kids of famous great athletes dont always have success following in there Dad footsteps but this aint the case with Charley. He is only 14 years old he is just gonna get even better

turfmonster, when Tiger hits the Senior Tour, it's not going to be a fair fight. His biggest thing keeping him from winning is not being able to walk the course. He'll be using a cart and get ready, Tiger's not done winning. Charlie will soon take over as star golfer to the world.

I'm a golf teaching professional. Not bragging or boasting, I think I know as much about the golf swing, and golf in general, as anyone in the world. Charlie has as much talent as anyone I have ever seen. As much as Seve, who I knew personally, as much as Nicklaus, Trevino, or Tiger. He is certainly the best 14-year-old golfer in the world. I think by the time he is 16, he could turn pro, like Seve did. If I was him, I would not play college golf. That would be a waste of time. If he continues to improve, which I'm sure he will, he will be ready at 16 to turn pro and make millions of dollars in prize money and endorsements.

I'm actually surprised that Tiger shows so much emotion. I'd rather think it might be wise to save that for when Charlie actually starts making real waves, if he gets up to that kind of talent in a couple of years. I sure hope he has that in him, but it's quite rare to inherit genius levels...we'll see.

not that i watch junior golf or anything but i’ve never seen someone’s swing be so technically sound at charlie’s age. his form is much better than tigers in 97 when he had that laid off swing path. if he maintains a work ethic like his father’s, this guy may be another goat
