Size of organization -mam your are saying that the bigger the organization More the employee and more Span of Control.but mam if there are more employee . Span of control will be decreased and we will get unsatisfactory results because there is limit of human capacity. Kindly reply

Span of control will increase in case there are more employees since more employees will require supervision and not decrease like you have mentioned.
