    Ingredients:
    *LechON Leftover
    *garlic
    *onion
    *soysauce
    *vinegar
    *water
    *sugar
    *bayleaves
    *salt and pepper
    *lechon sauce/ mang tomas (sauce)
    Instructions:
    1.Saute garlic and onion
    2.add lechon
    3.add soysauce and vinegar
    4. add sugar and bayleaves
    5.pour water and let boil
    6.pour sauce.stir.
    7.salt and pepper to taste
    8.done
