- We are back!!! We went down to Tennessee for the @goonzquad wedding
Recipe:
6 cups of Basil
3 ounces of Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup of Pine Nuts
1/4 cup of Goof Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cloves of raw garlic
4-6 cloves of roasted garlic

Absolutely awesome.
For the frost you may want to get black plastic bags to cover the plants at night. At night reverse radiation (earth emits heat to the atmosphere) is the dominant cooling method so a black bag actually traps the heat and keeps the plants from freezing. Clear plastic bags during the day is fine.
Suggestion: don't cut the basil at the base, when it starts to grow harvest it from the top where the leaves grow out of the stem and leave about 5-6 inches. Doing so you have basil for a longer period and it regenerates!!
Pick all of your green peppers off the vines lay them in the window sill and they will turn red

You need to protect the peppers in a green house or replant them into a large planter and bring them inside of your house, otherwise they will freeze.

I am really surprised at the price of fresh food in the USA with all this inflation we have. In Spain 1 litre of extra virgin olive oil (the best quality, better than Sicilian) costs 5€ maximum and a kg of sardines about 5-6€. In Italy more or less is the same.

We did a couple times it was funny because there was a guy who was a groomsman at a wedding we were photographing. He was telling us how he is a fan etc and I thought he was talking about our photography. He was like no no no I am talking about the channel.
