That is the original sabinal route truck. It first started out doing residential trash in sabinal, texas. The guy in the back end is chris. Great worker. He started off in the clean ups in aci and has built himself up. Republic should be happy to have him. Keep grinding bro.
That’s really cool, I was curious about the history behind this truck. Chris is a really cool guy and I’m glad I got the chance to film him working, he mentioned he had seen my videos before haha. Thanks man, I appreciate it!
good video, here they use automated right hand drive Peterbilt and Autocar cabovers, it was also nice to see them pickup trash that they dropped, they dont do that here,
Very refreshing to see a crew move this fast coupled with a somewhat uncommon truck. You don’t really see too many PT1000s bigger than 20-ish yards or so. Great video, Andrew
That route is going to have so many broken lids with the way he’s dumping those carts, not his fault but Toters are just too brittle 😂 such an interesting combo especially from Republic, will they be repainting these trucks at some point? These guys sure loved quick too, always enjoy watching the rear load crews out of this yard. Nice find man!
Haha I think the Ottos have taken more of beating on these routes. They repaint trucks pretty slowly at this site but since this one has made it so long without being painted, they will probably keep it white until it’s time to retire it, you never know though. I always enjoy watching these crews as well, thanks for the comment dude!
This was filmed on a Tuesday but Republic has routes in Cibolo Monday-Wednesday. During the summer months (June-September) they get twice a week trash pickup so they end up running here Monday-Saturday during those months

Glad you were able to record one of Republic’s rarest trucks! Cool seeing fast crews!
Indeed, thanks

Thank you Will, definitely was pretty cool to catch a full size Heil PT1000, especially with a quick crew
Awesome vid love watching this republic yard

Great video! It’s really cool seeing a PT1000 as big as this one, and the crew was super entertaining! Looking forward to more man
Thank you dude! Definitely neat seeing a full size Heil PT1000 and the speedy crew made it all the better

Are these white trucks gonna be everywhere?
No this truck came from a buyout, there are only a couple
@@andrewthetrashkid1435 I like these trucks!
@@andrewthetrashkid1435 are the black Republic trucks gonna be everywhere?
@@Jojojo995 only the approximately two dozen that came from the buyout
