It most like spilled out because the nails are meant to fit bigger to fit the gel within them, they’re not meant to fit your nail perfectly. Try sizing the nails up next time :)

Hello Tina! I'll be giving a tip for polygel you should use one size bigger for the form because the polygel will shrink that's why it was so tight. Also you need to file the shine before adding the top coat to prevent air bubbles and fogging.

Hey Tina, just some tips from watching nails a lot. When doing poly gel try to do your design in the form so that they are properly encapsulated and not too thick. Also try not too use too much gel to avoid spillage and not too much slip so that it doesn’t slip around on the nail :)
Try going up a tiny bit in form size you'll have less at the edges to clean up & don't get soo close to the cuticles you can always add a dab of poly @ the cuticles after your finished : ) (preventing sticking on spatula) dip it in slip & blot tip on paper towel it will make it easier to use spatula ; )
