I thought I saw this as I learn by tearing and reverse engineering other creations. I noticed an issue where nodes disconnected after moving parts around. Reproducible, yes, and yet no. I checked a save from Captan Cockerels basic engine tutorial and moved a merged parts and each time was a different nodes.
I had this same problem on a truck I'm working on i moved some MC's around and later when I was doing testing i realized my seat w/s and up/down disconnected from my ecu and gearbox MC
I'm not entirely sure if it's related to this bug or perhaps it was user error, but I found that one of my micro controllers changed composite channels.
I noticed it when my tilt sensor disconnected on rocket 2 days ago

With that will be looking at it this morning as well, see if I can reproduce it again.
Whenever I delete any part with logic nodes and then undo that deletion, the logic connections disappear.

Im building a big ship in a Modded workbench and all hinges and pivots disappearing as well as all off the interrior, im so forstated
i was building a plane and my hardpoint controller kept disconnecting 2 of the points even after saving
this has also affected the steam boiler as the pressure logic has disappeared
