Scrunchie Headband Tutorial!
Directions:
1. Take a safety pin and attach to the end of your chiffon strips. Weave it through inside out.
2. Once it's inside out, iron the strip. Then, sew the strip down the center.
3. Turn it around and sew it again. Then, cut it down the middle where it was sewn.
4. Take your safety pin and attach to the end, and flip the strip back the right way.
5. Then, take your headband and push it through the fabric.
6. To secure the ends, roll the frayed part up into the fabric, then hot glue the ends.
7. All done!! :)
*Fabric used to make the headband needs to be
1.5”x55” after being sewn. *
