There is a problem at exactly 13 seconds in the video. after you "paste in place", you switch stroke and fill. I'm not a novice. I have tried as many combinations as possible but to no avail. When I switch, everything becomes an outline, the entire B. Something is missing. I don't know if it has to do with settings, version or what. :-( I would like to recommend this video but I can't. This is a great effect. but if it cannot be replicated it's a worthless tutorial only a beautiful design.
just select corner lines with direct selection and copy, after that paste in place ,change the color to stroke, select the new line and right click then choose isolate selected path , select horizantal or vertical line with direct selection, and cut, then paste in place select two lines and press alt ctrl + B ,and change color to background color and change blend steps to low number(19) , make one copy of that and paste in back change color to font color and change blend steps to high number (300)
Can you plz tell me keys needs to be pressed to copy the area after applying the laso tool.
No just select line and copy second time using lasso tool select and cut vertical line then select two lines and press alt ctrl b
