Just switched to this build, dont have everything rolled with the right enchants yet and im wrecking chaos 20 elites. My fav build so far, keep up the awsome videos nick..
I usually never really look at builds or guides but I got this one recommended to me on youtube and since I felt like my damage was lacking i decided to try and it has seriously helped so thanks and keep up the good work!

You keep putting out builds and I can’t keep up lmao, just got comfy with spellshot/stabbo. I did a similar build to this but with cloudburst arc torrent/blast gasp, looking forward to trying this as well esp with the dark magic enhancements.
The dark magic spells certainly seem to be at a disadvantage, but it's super satisfying to make it work!
1 shotting a boss with just 1 spell use is an accomplishment enough for me
You also alternatively want the class mod that increases ability damage from spell and melee damage. Pretty insane with blast gasp.
Bruh I was using my own shitty build and playing through the game struggling then I found your video and realized I had a lot of the gear you recommend at chaotic and some even volatile! Very good build bro!!

Not even as optimized as your's but it's not far off either, and everything melts like butter
Something I saw regrading Feriore weapons w/ pixies/hydras: Cross bows w/ pixies and shotguns (with non magic bullets) = companion fires dark magic and gun damage. All other pixie/hydra weapons fire only gun damage. Im still trying to figure things out but maybe you would understand better than I. My only pixie gun is blue and it fires poison pixies. Havent found a better pixie gun for 3 days. Been looking everywhere and that's all 'Ive been using crystals on. Either way Thanksagain for the very in-depth build guides. They've helped me a ton

Hey man great video! In regards to the Class mod variations, the Leech King is really solid. Converts a % of your damage to dark and adds to either more flat dark dmg or might be % efficiency. Also if you can find a Gluttony with a homing blade storm, it's AMAZING

Use the armor where you convert all your health to shield. When you use your actionskill you loose 40% of 1 hp in witch is unchanged.
I really hope they eventually bring legendary spells in-line with purples

Probably won't happen. Purples have always been better in general than legendaries ever since BL1. What they need to do is bring back Pearlescent gear. They were typically better than legendaries and purples while also have unique way of firing.
@@LegendMagystik well some Legendaries are good but I do like having Purples be better than them sometimes.
Prevents the meta being only Legendaries, like in BL3
The first time I found a quaking sunder I was like "ooooh what does this d- omg" lol they instantly became my favorite spell
So I'm currently using this build, and I'm extremely lucky as I got myself a Chaotic Lich's Corrupted Platemail, with the 30% conversion to dark magic damage and a decent Wantnot Feriore. I don't have the shield, so I'm rocking a Trick Mirror, along with Reaper of Bones, which funnily enough increases your hydra's damage... I oneshot the Dragonlord with it practically. So thank you for showing this build, good sir, I'm currently plowing through the Chaos ranks because of it.
Very interesting build, thanks for sharing. One query though .. how does it perform on the raid bosses? Did you experience some sticking points with the build there?
How good it is would likely depend on RNG with blast gasp. You can very easily & consistently one shot pretty much any other boss, raid bosses would probably take multiple spell casts, luckily though the spell I'm using is on a very short CD, and the pixies do a ridiculous amount of damage on their own as is, so I still think it would be very strong vs bosses.
have you tried using the armor that converts all companion damage to dark magic and increases damage by 20%? I would think that would be a good workaround for not being able to get a dark magic Fearnot. Also, is there a reason you don't use Polymorph if you don't like the Graveborn skills costing you health?
You might be right about Feriore's not being able to roll Dark Magic/Pixie.. I pick up every single Feriore and out of my 60+ purple Feriore's in bank, there were none.. I'll keep an eye out now lol
Can you pls clarify that enchantment , if you have more of ie on spell cast does it stack or can you have only one active , Like Does 3 on spell cast stack ?

i dont have dark magic pixies from a gun, however my armor converts companions to dark magic so i do have dark magic pixies because of that.
I’ve been searching the past few days for a dark magic pixie; I’ve only found lightning and frost; I’ve come to the conclusion that the dark magic pixies either don’t exist or that drops are possibly bugged. (I might have come across a single poison pixie pistol, but I can’t remember; everything is running together in my mind now lol)
I'm pretty sure they don't exist, I've spent upwards of 300k crystals trying to find it. Really unfortunate because I conceptualized this build specifically with that weapon in mind.
The class mods that turns all pet damage to dark work on pixie and hydra pulse give extra damage to everything hit by pets
Actually JUST commented this.. then saw your comment.. I think this is 100% correct.. I checked all 60+ purple Feriore's in bank & there were none 🤔
I've gotta say tho.. my fav is chucking my winged homing companions on my x5 cryo Deodand & watching them go at it w/ the Dark Magic Claw armor equipped! lol

Used spellshot and Graveborn from the start und just started using mother combos and i somehow miss the commentary from the Demi Lich
What background did you use for this build?
i have dark magic pixie pistol its level 29 but it exists - it doesnt say pixie - sorry it bounces while shooting - which looks like a pixie but i think they are actually different
Where can i finde the pistol? Only in Chaos Chamber runs?
Wondering if the class mod that makes enemies take more dark damage and turns the companion damage dark would be a good choice here, as you wouldn't need a dark pixie either

How is your strength 48 and dexterity at 40? Mine doesn’t go that high on both and even maxed out and it’s not close , what’s that about ??
I use the dark magic arcane bolt with 5.7 cooldown rate. I can spam this spell so fast because I have high cooldown rate.
Could it be that this build is dependant on pixie dmg? My spells barely touch raid bosses and without pixies dmg I wouldn't kill them

Hi ,i dont know if its just a bug on my end, but the pixies doesnt seem to count towards "Faithful Thrall" stacks. Only the Hydras and the Winged guns that are adding stacks.
Nvm, after reviewing the gameplay portion of the video i noticed the pixie doesnt add to the stack as well.

I have tested every dark magic feriore I've found and haven't found any dark magic pixies or hydras.
if I don't get the dlcs and the pass how much I would be missing on ?, It's just bad that story being behind a paywall
Does this build still work or did stuff get nerfed?
My version of this build uses Liquid Cooling and a godroll Dark Magic Arcane Bolt and gun damage rings and Reaper of Bones and a Theurge Amulet, and as high spell crit chance as I could get, same skill tree except 3 points into dark hydras and 1 for punishment instead of harvest, and also Just Warming Up instead of Font of Mana, the point is to litterally spam Arcane Bolts with ur left hand while mowing down enemies with the cooling that never has to reload in your right hand, I crit most of the time with my Arcane Bolt and it has 2 charges so I can shoot it A LOT for spellweaving stacks and Sanguine Sacrament and Dark Hydras and Blast Gasp and Hellish Blasts and Theurge, the raw damage of the Arcane Bolt is nothing special but as it activates this whole build and with how often you fire it it's absolutely insane, this build would get EVEN STRONGER if I could roll a good enough Warped Paradigm class mod that converts spell dmg to ability dmg which scales with Blast Gasp

Would you say pixies are better than the winged gun Feriore weapons? Also, do you know if there is a legendary class item which increases ability damage based on spell damage? There seems to be so many versions of the same principle, but for Graveborn/Spell builds I feel that would be huge. Not seen any so far
Winged feriores don't scale with spell or companion damage, only gun damage
Does it matter what class I have as a main ? Because I have graveborn as a main

OK i have a question because of cant find a clear answer. The enchants on the weapons, do they all activate or only the enchants on the current weapon that is in Aktion ?
You get the enchants from your melee weapon, your shield, your spells, and the gun that is currently in your hands

Pixies don't seem to count toward faithful thralls. Each time you throw one in your vid, faithful thralls stacks aren't increasing at all. You seem to mostly sit at 2. Which I'm assuming is your lich and the occassional dark hydra.
Yup, as mentioned in the video, I only have faithful thralls because there's not much else to put the points into, and I have a hydra companion feriore weapon I swap to if I want thralls stacks for on demand damage.

Trickster’s ice spike is pretty fun. I think they changed the ricochet though
Ice spikes are now nerfed due to the fact that it would cast twice instead of once. I think people would reconsider a ice spike build now.

I decided to start as Grave warden but I wasn't given spell shot as my 2nd class, is there any way to change that and if so how? Or do u have to start as spellshot to get grave warden as a second, or is it just completely random and I have to keep making new characters?
You have to get to max level

If you're having survivability issues then drop Cursed Wit for a Body Rune. Problem solved.

@@zombieskittles1 from what I’ve read, you start with village idiot for background and then you can get at bonus toward strength for completing a challenge. I think it’s finding all marbles or something like that.

I enjoy the time you spend going over builds, but could you please remove your class gear, as it interferes with talent tree points. We cannot tell if a talent is receiving 1 or 2 points from your class mods. Thanks
