  • Is the greatest carburetor build on UA-cam. Our project XMC is going into a new phase of development and trial an Error. This project that we're using 650CFM Holley double pumper carburetor as our prototype baseline Prototype that we have machined down to fit our revolutionary venturi booster design into.
Although the design we have is not the real true final design for the patented well not so much patented but you know the one that I came up with off the top of my head Venturi booster. Today we do some good old school hitting stuff with hammers to custom make another piece to the ensemble. We take the relatively streamline and straight shot design of our venturi booster and we add a sheer plate to it to help better admise the fuel going down through the carburetor bore inventory. The results truly speak for themselves as you'll soon see as you are watching this video. And how does it compare to a regular Download Booster from a normal Holley carburetor? Well while we did not get a true apples to apple's comparison between the 2 from what I could see it seems as if our new booster idea has a merit and could possibly be a game changer down the line we will just have to wait and see.

I've had my main truck for about 20 years, and it always pulls through. I love s10 because of her and what she's done for me and my family. She was born in 1984 and has served us well.

Thank you so much for all your videos. I've learned so much from your videos compared to how to tune your carburetor vid from Holley. I invested allot of time, money and effort on my s10. I have a 2.8 v6 with a 390cfm 4bb Holley carburetor vacuum secondaries, Edelbrock intake manifold, headers, dual exhaust, and a remanufactured engine from Orylies. I hate having other people work on it they always do a bad job without fail. I also figured this would be a cheaper alternative than a V8. At the time of the engine swap and upgrades, it was 2015 or somewhere around there my knowledge was limited, tools, and not to mention the lack of videos. All I could find was forums and still pictures. I'm more of a visual learner, learn more from trials, visual representation and errors than reading about it. I can't stress enough how much you have helped me both informatively and out of a bad mind set I've been having. Thanks for doing all the trial and error plus spending your money for us.

Dude I am extremely happy my videos have been helping you out! I love doing this kind of stuff and messing with the XMC project has really shown me how carburetors work inside and out 😃
I dont have all the answers but it is fun to learn what happens and bring you guys along with me!
Thank you for watching I truly appreciate it 😁

Interesting build curios to see how much power and throttle response it will have thanks for sharing

By the end of it all, it should be at the very least be a unique functional design 😃

I can't wait to see the results on an actual engine, it looks like it is atomizing the fuel more than the other carb which will equal a much colder charge which will result in even more power I believe

      Me as well!
But a lot of R&D we must do before we can get a final product that will actually end up on an engine! 😃

@@newguysgarage6802 oh yeah that's all in it, but when you get it done, you can put it on the Iron horse and do a comparison on the dyno vs a carb of the same size, jetting, etc and see if there's a power difference between the two
