Belluno is different from other Dolomite tow like Cortina or Ortisei. I enjoyed strolling through the old town. I think you'll enjoy staying there.

I visited Belluno once a year from 2016-2019. Miss it greatly. We actually stayed in the same hotel.

I enjoyed staying in Belluno after our hike in the Dolomites. The town was charming and pleasantly surprising! The hotel was great too!
