Super insightful Graham. When you mentioned incentivizing clients to work with you longer it struck a cord. You are able to give them more value and you get longer term, consistent revenue. It is a win-win for everyone. Leveraging video testimonials also needs to be repeated over and over again...bc without compelling and authentic testimonials, your offer will fail to inspire people to sign up. People want to see results you got for other people.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give this great advice! I'm an opera singer and sometime coach and I'm going to take you up on this challenge. I believe I've got a wealth of knowledge to impart on singers that were like my former self. I had confidence singing but I was lacking in certain areas of my technique that were basic principles. I was the exact person you mentioned...I lost 80 lbs and then wrote e book and started a UA-cam channel to help people, "like the person I once was". Now I am creating course content and workshop content...and excited to join kajabi soon too. I have a passion to help people and your videos have helped me think about ways to monetize my passion. Hey Graham, yes I've been paid for one on one coaching guitar and piano for many years. My client list has drastically dropped off this month, so I'm reevaluating my strategy with your help. I also produced a course for beginning guitar players on Udemy but it hasn't sold at all. So I'm reevaluating that aspect as well. Thanks for all your great content.

@GrahamCochrane How does this work if the skill is something very tangible, hands-on type work? Something you can't 'talk through' on a call. They have to go learn it somewhere else. The only thing I could do is tell them to practice and get good at it, and that's tough to string out for several calls each lasting 1-2 hours.
